Enduring Power of Attorney (EPoA)

Enduring Power of Attorney

Enabling YOU to give someone you know & trust to make decisions on your behalf when you can't

Sometimes, you will want someone else to be able to make decisions on your behalf about your property and finances or personal care and welfare and it's best to plan for that situation before it happens.

We are proud to offer a service that:

  • gives you the information you need
  • allows you to ask questions
  • equips you with the data needed
  • connects you with Public Trust who will enact your choices
  • COVERS YOUR COSTS OF APPLICATION!

Note: the Enduring Power of Attorney (EPoA) is a powerful document that comes into play when you can't make the decisions you'd like.

This is different to a Will that comes into play after you die - at this point the Will takes over and the EPoA ceases to apply.

To discuss your needs, get the information you want please get in touch with the team here at the Levin office.
