An Approved Provider is a member of the Horowhenua community that has some skills, whether it be in trades, home-care, cleaning or anything else that may be useful for our older community, that want to give back to their community by assisting our seniors.

These people want to provide a service to our older community at an affordable rate to ensure home maintenance isn't to expensive.

All of our Approved Providers are interviewed, referee and police checked by us.

Charges for home help services and payment is directly between client and provider.

What Can They Help Me With?

INDOOR MAINTENANCE

Indoor home maintenance from; spring cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning and more.

OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE

Anything from rubbish removal, tree and hedge trimming and removal, regular lawn mowing and much more!

HANDYMAN JOBS

All those simple jobs that are sometimes difficult to do as we get older! From changing lightbulbs, to basic repairs, painting and maintenance.

PERSONAL SUPPORT

Our approved providers for Personal Support can assist you with things such as laundry, bed making and personal support. These are qualified caregivers so you know you are in good hands!
